Tennis academy in the Tampa Bay area, Florida. 2023–2025 partnership: one on-site trip for the photo shoot (courts, training sessions, student-life atmosphere), followed by two years of editorial content calendar and Meta campaigns produced from Bucharest. Detailed brief before the flight, photo deliverables compressed into a single field week — then content and ads delivered remotely on cadence.

Il Giglio Sull'Arno · Centro Storico · Florence · 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 Restaurant near the Duomo: photo, content, reputation.
Restaurant on a side street in Florence's historic centre, near the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo). On-location photo shoot (dishes, atmosphere, interior), editorial content for social, and reputation management throughout the partnership. The restaurant closed after the pandemic. We keep the case here for what it was: the same team that delivers for a restaurant in Târgu Mureș delivers for one in Florence — geography differs, not the discipline.

03 — How we work remotely
Pre-production Bucharest.
Shoot in person. Post from here.
Cross-border production isn't "less production" — it's more discipline. Detailed briefs and shot lists before the flight. Crew on the ground 2–4 days, with minute-by-minute planning. Editing and final deliverables out of Bucharest, with fast async revisions.

Rigorous pre-production
Brief, scenarios, shot list, scout via Google Street View + video call with the venue. Everything approved before travel. No "we'll figure it out on location" — too expensive.

Compact production
2–4 days of shooting per trip, small crew (1–2 photographers + local assistant when needed). Everything planned in the brief. Backup on each slot.

Post-production Bucharest
Editing, colour grade, final deliverables from the studio. Async revisions via platform — time zones stop mattering when decisions are written.

Honesty on scope
We don't do strategy without local context. We don't do ads without a native media-buying team. We produce content and brand assets — those we do as well at 9,000 km as at 9 km.
